How to attend


For all attendees

-          Please come to the reception desk, take name cards and pay for the social party.

-          There are some seats available for on-site registration.

-          Wi-Fi access:  We’ve prepared Wi-Fi access accounts for the attendees. Please take the account sheet at the reception desk. 

-          Power strips for PCs are available at some seats to be shared with others.

-          No eating in the main hall.

 

For symposium speakers

-          Please bring your own PC for presentation.  If you use Mac, please make sure to bring appropriate adaptor for

-          Each talk is 20 minutes including discussions.  There is general discussion at the end of each session.

-          If you want to use audio output, please let us know beforehand.

 

For poster presenters

-          Poster panels are in the middle hall.

-          Please check the program for you poster number

-          The posters should be prepared in English in 90 cm width and 120 cm height format. Japanese title may be printed aside the English title.

-          Poster discussion starts after the Educational Lecture on the first day, during the social party.  There’s no designated presentation time for each poster.

-          Please remove your posters at the end of the conference.
